ONLINE CONSULTATION

COVID-19 Pandemic Exceptional Procedures

To help keeping social distancing to a maximum, an online consultation* system is available for suitable cases**. Please follow the steps below to book an online medical appointment with Dr Artima.

  • Send your information either through this website, by email (reception@chiangmaidoctor.com) or through Facebook containing the following information:

    • Full name

    • Date of Birth

    • ID/Passport number

    • Address

    • Phone number (+LINE/WhatsApp/Skype/etc)

    • Email

    • Current medication

    • Allergies

    • Reason for consultation

    • Copy of your passport                                                                                                                                                

  • Book a time (either through our website, through Facebook bookings, by email or through the phone).                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Specify your online consultation platform in this list:

    • Skype

    • WhatsApp

    • Line

    • Messenger

    • Zoom

    • Phone                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Payment is required for the booking to be confirmed. Options are:

    • Bank transfer (see details below)

    • QR code Bangkok Bank transfer (see QR code below)

    • Credit Card (contact us via Facebook)

  • Online consultation price is 400 THB for a maximum duration of 15 to 20 min***.                                                                                                                                                                                                         

  • Check for confirmation of appointment.

*This online consultation system can also be used (when suitable) for medication refill, chronic disease prescription and follow-up and medication delivery. However, keep in mind that all advice and recommendations suggested by Dr Artima will be based on the medical information provided by the patient and does not replace an official medical diagnosis.

**This online consultation system is not suitable for: obvious respiratory distress and other emergency situations which require urgent medical attention. It is also not available for physical injuries, medical procedures that require physical contact (vaccines and other injections, lab tests, wound dressing, minor surgery, etc.) and new patients who requires some types of medication refill.

If the confinement situation changes, some home services might be available to some areas of Chiang Mai.

***Outcomes from an online consultation are:

             - Supportive treatment and quarantine if needed

             - Medical visit to the clinic for further testing (no extra consultation costs will be charged).

             - Referral to an hospital or specialist
